Eastern Europe cuisine

21:01

Few days ago, we had a nice night out with my best friend, Daisy and Jenny, after school. We went to Temple Street in Yau Ma Tei for Tarot, (okay, I knew it is superstitious, i admit it,ahahaaa.) After that, we went back to Soho in Central for dinner. Unfortunately, the Spanish restaurant we plan to go was full house and next we went to a Eastern Europe Restaurant, Ivan the Kozak, that was a nice restaurant with nice decorations. (All my friends know that I am a big fan of Russian, I was very happy and act like a kid ( non-stop laughing and touching all stuffs on tables and looking around) when we really decided to have dinner in this restaurant

We ordered 3 soup: Georgian spicy pork soup, Russian vegetable soup and pea soup with bacon, I like Georgian spicy pork soup most among the three soup, it taste like having Borscht but very strong taste of herbs, the creamy pea soup with bacon is good too. And we had Pork shank with garlic sauce, Traditional tangy rice with lamb and beef and Duck backed in pot with apples for main causes. I like the rice most, all dishes got a very strong favorite of herbs. It is a bit over to me, like it destroyed the real small of every dishes. (maybe it is a tradition of using many different herbs in eastern-euro, i guess) Last but not least, we had a bottle of fruit beer for drinks, Daisy ordered peach favor and apple favor for Jenny and I. Actually it wasn't the strong and i like it haha.
After meal, we got a chance to visit the famous snow room (-15°C) for some photo taking. The shopkeeper took photos for us and he was only in a plaid shirt but we all had very thick coats on!! How strong he is omggg!!!
photos of us and some pretty scarfs decorations on the wall
